Naita Johns, Executive Chef
Chef Naita is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and is trained in Classical French Cuisine. She has worked in restaurants in Washington, DC and New York City for many years ,and is able to bring her creative flair to any event whether large or small. Each menu is designed to reflect the essence and style of the event from beginning to end. Brooks Catering NY offers a wide variety of authentic cultural foods (including fusions of Classic French and Soul; Asian and Cuban; West Indian and Traditional American Cuisines).
Karla Radford, Event Director
Karla Radford has been a event planner for over 12 years in New York City.
She has planned galas and formal dinner for most of the entertainment industry including Quincy Jones Awards, Fashion Shows, Vibe Awards, Music Festival Atlanta and Jamaica.
Her reputation for put on large events with the same care and attention detail that she puts into smaller gathers. Our event department can plan ever detail of you event for invitations, travel arrangements, site locations, and much more.
